Once participants graduate from the LSET program, we have several ways to continue interacting with the organization.
ALUMNI COMMITTEE
Engages alumni through various communication/educational methods
Coordinates social/educational events for alumni to engage person to person and B2B (business to business)
Recruits new class members and committee volunteers
Solicits nominations from companies and organizations, as appropriate
Y-LSET COMMITTEE
Coordinates the Youth Leadership Southeast Texas Conference each fall
Coordinates the combined Y-LSET/LSET session in spring
Serves as mentors for each school district group
RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
Searches for applicable funding sources for LSET program
Completes applications for funding sources
Petitions for and secures sponsorships
COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE
Actively seeks professional content on social media to share with members
Collaborates with Program Committee to post session photos and information
PROGRAM COMMITTEE
Plans six class sessions from September to April, including content, presenters, location, sponsors and activities
Assists session chair and program director with class sessions, as needed
